About our Founder

Founder and CEO, Paul Fitzgerald, spent 17 years designing and developing world class software at Microsoft for the Small and Medium Business Market. He then spent a few years as a director at Nordstrom, helping re-engineering Nordsrom.com.

What was missing was that deeper connection to local companies that were striving to get the most of that software so parted ways with Microsoft and founded Ceiba Tech.

Bringing his experience, passion and engineering experience to businesses has been his most rewarding experience to date.

At Ceiba Tech, we want to partner with you at a deep level, and most of all, help you be successful managing the complexities of technology for his clients.

Other IT Outsourcing companies are pushing revenue growth over customer satisfaction, in an attempt to one day sell to the highest bidder. We actually like what we do so our growth will never come before delivering for you!
